Jobster in Venray is seeking an Operator to operate CNC machines and produce high-quality metal and aluminium parts. The role runs 38 hours per week on a two-shift system (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00), with a competitive hourly wage including a shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CNC-Operator and working with metalworking.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule.
• Interest in metalworking, machining or technology.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines and monitor the production process.
• Milling and turning metal and aluminium parts.
• Check products for quality and correct measurements.
• Perform finishing work such as drilling, grinding and punching.
• Identify deviations and adjust the production process.
