Job summary

NTS Helmond is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to work in a specialized production environment where large granite blocks and steel parts are machined into extremely precise components for high-tech applications.

You will set up and run CNC machines, verify dimensions, move materials with lifting equipment, and support continuous improvements. Fluency in Dutch or English and an MBO-level education are required.

Qualifications

• You have a vocational education level (MBO).
• You have experience in operating and setting up CNC machines.
• Knowledge of Heidenhain, Siemens, and/or Fanuc controls is a plus.
• You work independently, accurately, and are a go-getter.
• You speak Dutch or English.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, operating, and adjusting CNC machining and conventional tasks.
• Checking dimensions and quality of the products and identifying deviations.
• Moving materials with lifting and transport equipment and performing minor maintenance on machines and tools.
• Processing production and time registration according to the applicable procedures.
• Always ensuring a clean and tidy workplace/environment; consulting with the supervisor on progress and improvements in the production process.

These form the basis for modules in high-tech (measurement) machines for the semiconductor industry, among others. NTS Helmond is one of the few companies in Europe that masters this craftsmanship. You are part of a special production process that you won't find anywhere else. The focus is on CNC machining, but you also occasionally perform conventional operations.
