Job summary

Intro EU Staffing is seeking a CNC Operator for our Krimpen aan de Lek facility. You will machine components using conventional and CNC equipment, reading drawings, tooling lists and machine programs to meet tight tolerances and quality standards.

You will set up and check machines, apply Lean principles (5S and TPM), measure and report quality results (NCR, CIP), and support other departments as needed. A 40-hour workweek, with travel to the site; 25 vacation days and a strong pension scheme

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, tooling lists, and machine programs.
• Setting up and checking machines before machining operations.
• Performing conventional and CNC machining operations.
• Applying Lean manufacturing principles such as 5S and TPM to improve efficiency.
• Measuring, inspecting, and reporting product quality results (NCR, CIP).
• Providing flexible support to other departments when required.

About the job Your day starts at 07:00. Together with your fellow CNC Milling/Boring Machine Operator, you head to the CNC machine you will be operating that day. As a CNC Operator, you are responsible for the precise machining of components using both conventional and CNC machines. You ensure that every product meets strict dimensional tolerances and quality standards. At the production facility in Krimpen aan de Lek, you will have the opportunity to fully utilize and further develop your technical skills.
