Job summary

Uitzendbureau zoekt een ervaren CNC Milling Operator voor een high-tech fabrikant in de regio Gelderland. Je werkt aan klant-specifieke onderdelen met moderne CNC-machines, zonder repetitieve productie.

Je draait mee in 3- tot 5-ploegendienst en interpreteert nauwkeurig technische tekeningen en fixture plannen. Je bedient en stelt CNC-machines in op Fanuc/Heidenhain of Siemens controls en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op afgewerkte onderdelen.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als CNC Milling Operator op hoogwaardig productieniveau vereist.
• Ervaring met 5-as-techniek en meerdere controlesystemen (Fanuc/Heidenhain/Siemens) is gewenst.
• Goede leesvaardigheid van tekeningen en fixture plans is noodzakelijk.

Responsibilities

• Machine grote en complexe onderdelen met moderne CNC-werkbanken.
• Zelfstandig opzetten, bedienen en afstellen van CNC-machines.
• Technische tekeningen en fixtures lezen en interpreteren.
• Snijgereedschap selecteren, vervangen en onderhouden.
• Controleren van geproduceerde onderdelen op kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid.
• Bijdragen aan continue verbeteringen binnen de machinale afdeling.

Functie

• Machine large and complex components on modern CNC milling machines
• Independently set up, operate and adjust CNC machines
• Read and interpret technical drawings and fixture plans
• Select, replace and maintain cutting tools
• Work with Fanuc, Heidenhain or Siemens controls
• Inspect finished parts and ensure they meet strict quality standards
• Produce small batches with a high level of accuracy
• Contribute to continuous improvements within the machining department

Functie-eisen

• MBO-level education or equivalent technical working and thinking level
• Proven experience as a CNC Milling Operator
• Experience with 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Experience with at least one of the following control systems: Fanuc, Heidenhain or Siemens
• Able to read technical drawings and fixture plans
• Good command of the English language
• Willing to work in a 3 to 5-shift rotation
• Accurate, quality-driven and able to work independently

Aanbod

• A gross monthly salary between €3,200 and €5,400, depending on your experience
• Minimum 28% shift allowance, with the potential for higher shift premiums depending on the shift schedule
