Job summary

Eastmen Human Resources B.V. is seeking a skilled CNC bender programmer to manufacture small to large metal components using modern CNC press brakes in the Netherlands.

You will combine programming, bending, and precision work to deliver high-quality parts, often as single pieces or small batches, based on technical drawings. You will program and operate CNC bending machines, bend frames and various parts, determine machining sequences, document processes, and inspect finished products for

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a CNC bender programmer.
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and work independently.
• Intermediate English level (B2) required.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC bending machines.
• Bend machine frames and various small and large metal parts.
• Determine machining sequences from drawings/instructions.
• Document the work process and keep records updated.
• Inspect finished products for maximum accuracy.
• Produce mostly single pieces and small-series batches.
