Are you passionate about building high-performance digital experiences that are both scalable and user-friendly? As aCMS Developer, you’ll be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining content management system (CMS) solutions that power engaging digital platforms for top-tier brands.

You’ll collaborate closely with UX designers, front-end developers, and content strategists to bring websites and digital ecosystems to life. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation in CMS platforms and a passion for clean, maintainable code and user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain websites and digital platforms using enterprise CMS platforms such as Optimizely, Sitecore, Magnolia, or similar.
  • Customize CMS templates, components, and modules to meet client-specific needs.
  • Integrate CMS platforms with third-party services, APIs, and marketing technologies.
  • Collaborate with designers and front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related issues and bugs.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in CMS development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one server-side language (e.g., C#, PHP, Java).
  • Hands-on experience with one or more enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Sitecore, Magnolia, Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of web performance, security, and accessibility best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with headless CMS architectures and JAMstack.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
  • Knowledge of personalization, localization, and multi-site management.
  • Experience working in an agency or consultancy environment.
