Job summary

Thales Group is expanding its cloud leadership team to scale IAM services for global customers. You will manage a Cloud/DevOps team, drive modernization of cloud infrastructure, and advance SRE/AIOps practices across AWS and GCP. The role emphasizes security, reliability, and cost-aware operations.

Lead end-to-end cloud platform ownership, guide CI/CD and IaC governance, and partner with Architecture, Security, and Service Desk to deliver secure, scalable services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cloud apps in production.
• Strong Kubernetes and cloud networking knowledge.
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP deployments.
• Excellent communication across distributed teams.
• Partner with security teams for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud/DevOps engineers and drive hiring and development.
• Own IAM cloud platform operations across AWS and GCP.
• Define and enforce CI/CD and IaC governance.
• Drive SRE practices and incident response improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D, Security, and Service Desk.
