Job summary

Wlgroup in The Hague seeks a governance lead to drive a pilot for continuous assurance over its cloud estate, defining scope, testing evidence, and showing leadership the value of the approach. You will map evidence to controls, manage risk dashboards, and run stakeholder discussions across cloud, compliance, audit and business teams to ensure meaningful insights for executives.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree and at least three years across leadership, communication, strategy, risk

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a related discipline with three years of related experience.
• Three years across all of: leadership; communication; strategy; risk management; audit standards; and building a return-on-investment case people can follow.
• Documented experience of process analysis and design

Responsibilities

• Run stakeholder discussions to fix pilot scope, environment, priority applications, success criteria and risk areas.
• Agree roles, responsibilities, dependencies and decision points with cloud, compliance, audit and business sides
• Judge whether automated evidence from cloud and software services is complete, reliable, traceable and fit for purpose
• Map digital evidence to controls, audit requirements and assurance expectations
• Review dashboard to reflect live risk, control status and compliance, not just a favorable picture
• Prepare demonstrations explaining the dashboard, insights and business value to executives
• Run review sessions to validate mappings and track remediation
