Job summary

Spektrum in The Hague, Netherlands seeks a senior lead to drive the AAS program for the NCIA. You will coordinate pilots, governance baseline creation, and evidence mapping in OSCAL while engaging cloud, compliance, audit and business stakeholders to shape risk-informed outcomes.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and delivering a live dashboard demo and executive materials. A bachelor’s degree, 3 years leadership, and NATO cloud/Audit familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years post-related experience.
• Leadership, communication, and audit standards experience.
• Process analysis and design techniques demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to confirm pilot scope, target environment, and success criteria.
• Coordinate with cloud, compliance, audit and business stakeholders on roles, dependencies and decision points.
• Review automated evidence from cloud/SaaS for completeness, reliability, and traceability.
• Map digital evidence to controls, audit requirements and assurance expectations.
• Review dashboard content to reflect live risk posture and compliance.
• Prepare executive demo flow to explain live dashboard, insights and value.
• Conduct Stakeholder Review Sessions and provide remediation support.
• Deliver D001 – Pilot Scope and Governance Baseline document.
