As a Cloud Engineer, you’ll manage and develop Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, with a strong focus on Azure infrastructure, automation, security, and hybrid-cloud modernization. You’ll have real responsibility and room to turn your ideas into practical improvements.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage, secure, optimize, and expand our Microsoft Azure environment.
- Maintain and develop Microsoft 365, with a focus on Exchange Online, Teams, identity, and security.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code, automation, and CI/CD standards using technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, and Azure DevOps.
- Modernize and migrate on-premises workloads in collaboration with internal specialists and technology partners.
- Improve the security, availability, performance, and cost-effectiveness of our cloud platforms.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, platform standards, and security by design.
- Collaborate with our software partner on the integration, security, governance, and monitoring of workloads running on Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Work primarily with Windows-based systems while supporting the growing use of Linux.

You’ll work with
- Self-managed datacenter infrastructure based on physical hardware and Hyper-V.
- A growing Azure environment covering compute, storage, networking, identity, monitoring, and security.
- A Microsoft 365 environment supporting approximately 500 users.
- A hybrid landscape of more than 300 servers supporting business‑critical applications and segmented environments.
- Azure Kubernetes Service, managed in collaboration with our software partner.
- Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Primarily Windows-based workloads, with increasing use of Linux.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least five years of relevant experience in cloud, platform, infrastructure, or systems engineering.
- Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and experience managing and modernizing hybrid‑cloud environments.
- Hands‑on experience managing Microsoft 365, particularly Exchange Online and Teams, combined with knowledge of identity, Conditional Access, security, and compliance.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, automation, and CI/CD.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server. Linux knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service is an advantage.
- You take ownership and collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
