Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Contract Negotiator for FSP in Amsterdam to support development of investigator grants, contracting strategies and proposal text. You will work with sponsors, RSU regions and study teams to ensure compliant, timely contracting and budget development.

Candidates should have a related degree or sponsor/site contracting experience, strong negotiation skills and fluency in English. This role emphasizes regulatory understanding and contract management within a global CRO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field or experience in sponsor/clinical site contracting.
• Strong negotiating and communication skills with ability to challenge.
• Experience negotiating clinical trials agreements with sites in Belgium or the Netherlands.
• Solid understanding of regulated clinical trial environment and drug development processes.
• Good knowledge of clinical trial contract management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate investigator grants, contracting strategies and proposal text.
• Develop contract language and budget templates as required.
• Utilize contracting systems, tools, processes and training materials for selected sponsors and studies.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders and RSU regions/countries to deliver the project scope per plan.
• Provide specialist legal, operational and financial contracting support.
• Ensure contracting efficiency and adherence to timelines and financial goals.
• Report contracting performance metrics and out-of-scope activities.
• Mentor and coach colleagues and provide training materials.
