Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Trial Assistant within Clinical FSP to support trial documentation and study operations. The role offers exposure to real study activities and collaboration with experienced CRAs and Project Managers within a global organization.

You will contribute to TMF maintenance, document workflows, and data management while developing foundational expertise in clinical research and trial processes across sponsors and therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Clear communication in English; Dutch is required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to Haarlem office ~2 days per week.
• Experience in clinical research or trials support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Trial Master Files (TMF) and study documentation.
• Support document preparation, filing, tracking, and archiving.
• Review study files for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate clinical trial supplies and tracking records.
• Assist with CRF tracking, study queries, and data workflows.
• Act as a key contact for project communications and documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Clinical Trial Assistants, supporting onboarding and knowledge sharing across the team.
• May lead CTA study teams and contribute to recruitment activities.
• Support departmental quality and process improvement initiatives.
