Clinical Research Lab Assistant (EU Citizens)

Key Responsibilities

1. Clean and maintain lab workspaces, equipment, and supplies per SOP.
2. Receive and process incoming samples, ensuring they are suitable for testing.
3. Assist analysts in sample preparation and documentation.
4. Discard used samples and materials in accordance with lab SOPs and safety guidelines.
5. Label all specimens accurately and distribute them to the correct departments.
6. Maintain accurate lab records, logs, and compliance documentation.
7. Perform basic quality control checks under the guidance of the Lab Manager.

Must-Have Qualifications

1. Experience working as Lab Support or Lab Assistant in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment.
2. Candidates must be from an EU country, excluding Greece.
3. Strong familiarity with lab hygiene, safety standards, and basic lab equipment handling.
4. Detail-oriented with a responsible and proactive mindset.
5. Willing to work full-time onsite in Bilthoven.

Nice To Have

1. Prior experience in a clinical research or biotech lab setup.
2. Basic knowledge of laboratory SOPs and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
3. Ability to assist with sample tracking or using basic LIMS systems.
