Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or related field required.
• 3+ years as a Project Manager and 5+ years in clinical research experience.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations for clinical trials.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and manage smaller, local studies within contract terms.
• Develop integrated study management plans with core project team.
• Execute clinical studies optimizing speed, quality and cost.
• Set objectives for teams and assess performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to achieve milestones.
• Monitor progress and proactively inform stakeholders.
• Manage risks and lead problem solving and corrective actions.
