Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in related discipline, preferably in life science.
• Five or more years of clinical research experience with at least 2 years in project management.
• Good knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver trials on time and on budget.
• Experience in Oncology or Onco-hematology.
• Excellent written and spoken English and local language.
• Ability to learn and adapt to IT systems.
• Decisive, proactive problem solving for trial delivery.

Aufgaben

• Provides overall clinical study leadership and oversight for trial delivery, quality, timelines, and outcomes.
• Leads and manages cross-functional clinical teams, setting priorities and ensuring effective communication.
• Plans and oversees daily study monitoring activities and provides status updates.
• Manages vendors and budgets and coordinates resources to support study objectives.
• Drives site activation and startup activities with regulatory and in-house teams.
• Monitors study quality and compliance; implements mitigation plans and addresses issues.
• Reviews monitoring reports and ensures timely follow-up on site findings.
• Develops study-specific training and supports ongoing development of clinical staff and CRAs.
• Analyzes study metrics to improve execution and quality across regions.
• Ensures regulatory compliance including submissions and approvals per ICH-GCP.
• Oversees Trial Master File (eTMF) quality and document compliance.
• Partners with QA on audits, CAPA activities, and inspection readiness.
• Acts as primary contact for monitoring issues and stakeholder coordination.
• Facilitates proactive problem-solving and escalation across teams.
• Maintains project plans and reporting for accurate tracking.
