Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to drive delivery of clinical studies, ensuring adherence to contracts, SOPs and quality standards. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and financial oversight to meet milestones.

The position requires 3+ years PM experience and 5+ years in clinical research, with fluent Dutch and English, and willingness to work at Sponsor’s office in Haarlem at least 2 days/week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years as Project Manager and 5+ years of clinical research experience.
• Advanced knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of related areas.
• Knowledge of clinical trial conduct and ICH GCP and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and management of smaller, less complex, local studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Execute clinical studies per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost.
• Set objectives for the core project team and assess performance.
• Collaborate with other functional groups to support milestones and manage issues.
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders.
• Manage risk and lead problem-solving efforts.
• Aim for project quality and corrective/preventative actions.
• May be primary or backup project contact with customer and manage relationship.
• Build the cross-functional team and ensure overall project delivery.
• Ensure financial success and forecast opportunities to accelerate revenue.
