Rise Data Labs is seeking a Healthcare/Nursing AI Training Specialist to help train AI models for clinical and nursing tasks. You will author realistic patient care scenarios and rubrics, then evaluate AI-generated deliverables against your criteria.

The role involves working with reference materials, calibrating scores with fellow experts, and ensuring clinically sound assessments. A nursing background and familiarity with healthcare documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• RN or equivalent nursing credential required.
• Hands-on direct patient care experience.
• Experience with clinical documentation.
• Experience with AI model training or benchmark development is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create realistic clinical scenarios based on your professional experience.
• Supply reference materials such as redacted patient charts and care plans.
• Write rubrics detailing exactly what a correct, clinically sound deliverable requires.
• Grade AI-generated deliverables against your rubric and participate in calibration sessions.
• Join calibration sessions with other experts to ensure consistent scoring across the benchmark.
