Job summary

The role involves working on live transactions from day one within a small, hands-on deal team and collaborating closely with partners, management teams and advisers.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in M&A, private equity, or strategy consulting with exposure to transaction execution.
• Strong analytical skills and solid modelling experience.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar.

Responsibilities

• Build and run financial models (DCF, LBO, trading comps).
• Support deal execution across all phases of the process.
• Prepare investment materials and IC documentation.
• Coordinate due diligence and track key workstreams.
• Conduct market, company and competitor analyses.
• Work with management teams on business plans and growth cases.
• Support portfolio monitoring and impact reporting.
