Job Description
As Client Executive you are responsible for the smooth execution of media campaigns throughout the entire campaign lifecycle, from detailed planning and coordination to monitoring, optimization, reporting and evaluation.
You work closely with Client Leads, Client Directors, Media Consultants, channel specialists, internal buying teams and publishers to deliver accurate, efficient, and on‑time campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Finalize media plans, including exact figures, rates and budgets, for both pre‑ and post‑campaign stages.
- Coordinate with internal buying teams, channel specialists, publishers and Media Consultants on planning, execution and optimization.
- Monitor deadlines, budgets and quality throughout the entire campaign period.
- Maintain flowcharts, trackers and other campaign documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks within the campaign process such as procurement, purchase orders, traffic sheets and actuals.
- Prepare campaign reports and evaluations, including initial conclusions and recommendations in collaboration with the consultant.
- Support analyses such as audience research, competitor analysis and reporting based on DGM/NOM data and Nielsen Spend reports.
- Proactively contribute to process, execution and collaboration improvements.
Qualifications
- Completed HBO or WO education, preferably in marketing, communication, business administration or a related field.
- Some experience or internship in media planning, campaign execution, advertising or a related domain.
- Affinity for the digital and traditional media‑advertising world.
- Attention to detail and structured work style.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers, reports and tools such as Excel.
- Proactive, flexible, eager to learn, and solution‑oriented.
- Excellent communication with various stakeholders and a teamwork orientation in multidisciplined teams.
- Experience with media‑planning tools, DGM/NOM data, Nielsen Spend reports, flowcharts or campaign tracking is a plus.
