Job summary

Nefab Packaging Netherlands (Son) is seeking a Cleanroom Employee to join our team in Son. You will work in a highly controlled environment, cleaning, assembling, inspecting, and packing products according to strict quality standards.

The role requires reading technical drawings, attention to detail, and a team-oriented work ethic. Prior cleanroom experience is welcome but not required, and English proficiency is essential. Training and safety gear are provided.

Qualifications

• LBO/MBO level education or equivalent.
• Experience in a cleanroom environment is preferred but not required.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Team-oriented and reliable work ethic.
• Willingness to wear cleanroom garments correctly.

Responsibilities

• Clean packaging materials, products, tools, and equipment.
• Assemble products based on technical drawings.
• Perform quality inspections and checks.
• Pack products and prepare them for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and cleanroom environment.
• Accurately record worked hours and material usage.
• Support colleagues and other departments when required.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
