Job summary

WFS PRO BV is seeking an Assembly Operator to join its cleanroom team in Vessem. You will assemble precision mechanical and mechatronic products in a controlled environment, following technical drawings and quality standards.

A two-shift system is in place, and you will contribute to continuous improvements while ensuring superior workmanship. The role offers 36–40 hours per week with a gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,200, along with a 16% shift allowance, a bonus scheme, 30 vacation

Qualifications

• You are precise with an eye for detail and a strong focus on quality.
• You have a technical mindset and are eager to learn.
• You can work independently and as part of a team.
• MBO level technical education or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Experience in precision mechanical or technical assembly is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble precision mechanical and mechatronic products in a cleanroom.
• Assemble hose bundles, tubing, fittings and other high‑tech components.
• Perform quality inspections and verify dimensions and functionality.
• Follow cleanroom procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare, test, and ready products for shipment.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, quality and efficiency.
