As a Production Worker in the cleanroom you make sure the process is running smoothly and fully aligned with written procedures. You prepare and set up equipment, check materials and components, and run production for medical devices and pharmaceutical products. During the process you perform in‑process checks, record results accurately, and keep batch documentation complete and audit‑ready. You work closely with fellow operators and colleagues in quality and production support to prevent deviations and maintain consistent standards.
You’ll join an internationally active manufacturing organization in the Nijmegen region, producing for the life sciences sector (medical devices and pharmaceutical products). The Production Worker role is on‑site in a regulated cleanroom environment, within a multicultural team where careful execution and collaboration are the norm.
This role is open to candidates at any stage of their career. You’re based in or around Nijmegen, available full‑time (40 hours per week), and you communicate well in English. Any experience with quality standards such as GMP is welcome, but not expected; the training to get you up to speed will be provided.
Besides these conditions, you'll also receive extensive training and a profit‑sharing scheme at the end of the year! If you are interested in the position but want to work in the evening shift, then we’d welcome your application as well.
