Job summary

Maintec is seeking a Cleanroom Production Operator (Foil) in Eindhoven, Netherlands. In this role, you'll prepare and process materials with precision in a cleanroom setting. Job description

Cleanroom Production Operator (Foil)

As a Cleanroom Production Operator (Foil), your main responsibility will be preparing and processing materials with a high level of precision and quality in a cleanroom environment. You will work in a two‑shift system from Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Measure materials accurately
• Cut and seal foil sheets
• Ensure product quality (free from defects such as wrinkles or air bubbles)
• Perform visual quality inspections
• Work in a cleanroom environment following strict procedures
• Keep the workplace clean and organized

Qualifications

• Experience in production (preferred)
• Ability to read technical drawings (preferred)
• Attention to detail and precision
• Good manual dexterity
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
• English level B1/B2 (preferred)
• Availability to work in shifts
• Driving license is an advantage
• EU citizenship (mandatory)

Benefits

• Gross salary: €15.13 per hour + 18% shift allowance
• Weekly net income: approximately €480 – €500, according to Dutch labor legislation
