Job summary

Maintec is seeking a diligent Cleanroom Operator in Eindhoven to perform precision cleaning of high-tech components in a controlled environment.

You will follow strict cleaning procedures, wear cleanroom PPE, and keep accurate records. The role requires reading technical information and complying with safety rules. Day shifts, Monday to Friday, and long-term development opportunities are offered. EU citizenship and a valid Category B driving licence are mandatory.

Qualifications

• English language skills at B1 level or higher.
• Experience in production, industrial cleaning or logistics is preferred.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual work.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable wearing protective clothing in a cleanroom.
• Ability to follow strict cleaning and safety procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage.
• Valid Category B driving licence is mandatory.
• EU citizenship is required.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Performing precision cleaning of high-tech components
• Following cleaning procedures and work instructions
• Handling and inspecting components to prevent contamination
• Checking cleanliness and product quality
• Wearing protective clothing and following cleanroom procedures
• Recording basic production and quality information
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organized
• You will work day shifts, Monday to Friday, in a structured production environment.

As a Cleanroom Operator, you bring the following skills and experience:

• English language skills at B1 level or higher

As a Cleanroom Operator in Eindhoven, you can expect:

• €15.92 gross per hour
• Approximately €420–€450 net per week, depending on hours and deductions
• Weekly salary payments
• 25 vacation days per year (20 paid days off and 5 paid weekly)
• 8% holiday allowance, paid weekly
