Imagine starting your working day not on a standard production floor, but in a modern cleanroom where precision and high-tech engineering come together. The products you work on could eventually be used in MRI scanners, satellites and other advanced technologies. Pretty impressive for a production job, right?

As a Cleanroom Operator working in a 2-shift system, you will help manufacture metal hoses and technical components that have to meet strict quality standards. No previous cleanroom experience? No problem. Technical knowledge? Definitely a plus. What matters most is your motivation, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
You will work in a structured 2-shift system, alternating between morning and afternoon shifts. This gives you a clear routine during the week — and on Fridays, you can start your weekend nice and early.
The morning shift is from Monday through Thursday from 06:00 - 15:00 and Friday from 06:00 - 12:00 with paid breaks! The afternoon shift is from Monday through Thursday from 14:45 - 23:45 and Friday from 12:00 - 18:00 also with paid breaks!
You don't need years of experience working in a cleanroom. Perhaps you have experience in production, assembly, engineering or even a completely different industry. As long as you work accurately and enjoy learning new things, you can succeed in this role.
We are looking for someone who:
Experience with technical drawings or previous cleanroom experience is a plus, but certainly not a requirement.
You will join an innovative high-tech organisation in Tilburg. The company develops and manufactures metal and plastic hose and piping systems for industries including medical technology, manufacturing and aerospace.
So, this isn't your typical production line. You will be working on components that can ultimately find their way into an MRI scanner or even a satellite.
The working atmosphere is informal and friendly. Communication lines are short, colleagues support each other and there is plenty of room for a joke along the way. At the same time, everyone takes quality seriously.
Would you like to use your own hands to work on technology that you would normally only see in high-tech laboratories or the aerospace industry? Then this could be exactly the next step you're looking for.
