Nearfield Instruments in Rotterdam is seeking a Cleanroom Coordinator to uphold safe, clean and compliant operations in our high‑tech production environment.
You will roll out Safe Ways of Working, monitor cleanroom standards, manage inventory and goods flow, train staff and act as the go‑to person for cleanroom compliance and operational discipline.
This is a hands‑on role at a fast‑growing scale‑up, with a strong focus on continuous improvements and teamwork.
As Cleanroom Coordinator, you set and enforce the rules that keep our cleanroom safe, clean and compliant. You own Safe Ways of Working, contamination control and material flow in a high-tech production environment.

As Cleanroom Coordinator, you will ensure that cleanroom safety, cleanliness and behavioural compliance are consistently applied in daily operations. You will roll out and maintain Safe Ways of Working (WoW’s), monitor cleanroom standards, manage inventory and goods flow, and act as the go-to person for cleanroom compliance and operational discipline.
