Johnson & Johnson in Leiden is seeking a Cleanroom Cleaner to maintain clean, compliant production areas and support the Operations unit. You will follow SOPs, GMP, and ensure high hygiene standards while documenting day-to-day activities.

The role is entry-level, requires shift work, and an A2 level in Dutch or English. Training will be provided to build competency and reliability in daily tasks.

Competenze

• MBO-2 degree or at least 18 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work on a shift roster (flexible scheduling).
• A2 level in Dutch or English.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office.
• Quality-oriented and precise, with attention to detail and commitment to following SOPs/GMP.
• Flexible, positive approach with professional communication and an understanding of how individual performance supports company and division goals.

We are searching for the best talent for Cleanroom Cleaner to be based in Leiden.

We are looking for an attentive team member to keep our production areas clean, compliant, and safe. As a Cleanroom Cleaner you will directly support the Operations unit and internal teams by following standard procedures and maintaining high standards of hygiene and documentation, helping ensure product quality and timely operations for the division!

This is an entry support individual contributor role that requires working on a shift roster and an A2 level in Dutch or English. You will work closely with colleagues, follow SOPs and GMP, and take ownership of your training and day-to-day responsibilities.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€33,700.00 - €46,000.00

• In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees' and companies' performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
