Booston.io in Nijmegen zoekt een Cleanroom / Assembly Technician voor een fulltime positie in Nijmegen, met een tweeploegendienst. Je assembleert, inspecteert en test hoogwaardige componenten en systemen volgens tekeningen en werkinstructies.

Je werkt met roestvrijstalen leidingen, voert reparaties uit en rapporteert afwijkingen. Het bruto uurloon ligt tussen €17,00 en €21,00, met 16% ploegentoeslag en 8% vakantietoeslag.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met mechanische assemblage, mechatronica of technische productie.
• Technische tekeningen lezen is vereist.
• Bereidheid tot werken in een tweeploegendienst.
• Engels of Nederlands op minimaal B1-niveau.

Responsibilities

• Samenstellen van mechanische componenten en systemen.
• Werken met roestvrijstalen leidingen en technische assemblages.
• Lezen en volgen van tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Installeren en aansluiten van onderdelen.
• Inspecteren van onderdelen voor en na montage.
• Disassembleren bij reparaties en vernieuwing.
• Uitvoeren van functionele tests en rapporteren van afwijkingen.
• Volgen van cleanroom-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures.

Samenvatting

We are looking for a Cleanroom / Assembly Technician for a full-time position in Nijmegen, working in a 2-shift system. You will assemble, inspect, repair and test high-quality technical components and systems in a professional, high-tech environment. Hourly wage €17.00 – €21.00 gross (depending on experience), plus 16% shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance.

We are looking for a Cleanroom / Assembly Technician to assemble, inspect, repair and test high-quality technical components and systems.

This is a hands-on technical position where you will work according to technical drawings and detailed work instructions. Depending on your experience, you may also work on repair, rework and refurbishment activities.

What will you do?

• Assemble mechanical components and technical systems


• Work with stainless-steel piping and technical assemblies


• Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions


• Install and connect mechanical components


• Inspect components before and after assembly


• Disassemble technical products when repair is required


• Identify defective or damaged components


• Repair, replace and reassemble components


• Perform functional and basic technical tests


• Report technical and quality deviations


• Follow cleanroom, safety and quality procedures

Wat wij vragen

Experience in mechanical assembly, mechatronics, repair or technical production

• Technical vocational education is preferred


• Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering or similar background is an advantage


• Ability to read technical drawings


• Good mechanical understanding


• Experience using hand tools and technical equipment


• Repair, refurbishment or troubleshooting experience is an advantage


• Cleanroom or high-tech experience is preferred but not mandatory


• English or Dutch at minimum B1 level


• Willing to work in a 2-shift system
