Job summary

Datenna is seeking a Medior China OSINT Data Analyst in Eindhoven, NL. You will conduct rigorous data-driven analysis to support data acquisition, quality assurance, and translate Chinese-language sources into structured intelligence for our platform.

You will own data collection lifecycles, collaborate with data researchers and developers, and contribute to the development of data products and risk labelling within a fast-growing scale-up.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on China OSINT experience from Chinese-language sources.
• Experience contributing to data-driven product development, dataset creation, or validation of outputs.
• HSK 5 level Chinese reading proficiency and ability to source structured data.
• Strong knowledge of China's corporate and tech landscape, and cross-actor connections.
• Ability to work with large structured datasets and contribute to data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous data-driven analysis to support data acquisition and quality assurance.
• Translate complex Chinese-language source material into structured, platform-ready intelligence.
• Drive data collection, validation, enrichment, and delivery into Datenna's platform.
• Collaborate with data researchers and software developers to support data pipelines.
