Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking experienced mental health professionals specializing in child and youth abuse to help improve AI systems' understanding of trauma-informed care and youth mental health support. This remote contractor role leverages clinical expertise to review and improve AI-generated content.

You will analyze case scenarios, review AI guidance from clinical and ethical perspectives, and help identify gaps in safety, privacy, and accuracy.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD in Psychology or PhD in Social Work with completed credentials.
• Extensive clinical experience working with children or youth affected by abuse.
• Strong expertise in trauma-informed care and interventions for young survivors.
• Active professional experience supporting individuals affected by abuse.
• Strong understanding of clinical assessment, ethical decision-making, privacy, and confidentiality.

You'll apply your clinical expertise to review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated content related to abuse, trauma, and youth mental health. No prior AI experience is required.
