Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master's, PhD or equivalent in Psychology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check psychology items and provide ongoing feedback.
• Psychology review: evaluate AI-generated psychology explanations and safety-sensitive responses.
• Trainer/QA communication: update on Discord about guidelines and standards.
• Question handling: respond clearly to questions on psychological concepts and ethics.
• Documentation: create and maintain psychology project docs and onboarding materials.
• Onboarding and training: run onboarding calls explaining expectations and rubrics.
• Process improvement: identify gaps and propose scalable QA processes.
