TheRole

AsChiefProduct&TechnologyOfficer,you'llberesponsibleforElockers'entireproductandtechnologyorganisation,fromstrategyandarchitecturetoexecutionanddelivery,acrossourownplatformandwhite-labelbusiness.

You'lljoinourManagementTeam,reportdirectlytotheCEOandleadourHeadofEngineering,whoreportsintothisrole.Together,you'llensureourtechnologyorganisationisalignedaroundoneclearproductvisionandonesharedglobalroadmap.

Thisisnotapurelystrategicleadershipposition.We'relookingforsomeonewhoenjoysbeingclosetothebusinessandtheteams,whocantranslatecommercialambitionintoascalableproductandtechnologystrategy,andwhoiscomfortablemakingdifficultprioritisationcallsasnewmarketsandopportunitiesopenup.

You'arehands-onenoughtostillwritecodeyourselfandleadbyexample.Notbecauseweexpectyoutoshipfeatureseveryweek,butbecauseitkeepsyouclosetothework,letsyouchallengeassumptionswithauthorityandearnsyoutherespectoftheengineersyoulead.

Mostimportantly,you'llhelpbuildtheproduct,technologyandorganisationthattakesElockersfromthousandsofdoorstodaytowardsonemillion,andbeyond.

Scalefaster,everywhere

You'llmakeitdramaticallyfastertoonboardnewvenues,events,operatorsandcountries,buildingtowardsafullyself-serviceplatform,andleadtheintegrations,withticketingcompaniesandotherpartnersglobally,thatmakeElockerspartoftheinfrastructureourpartnersdon'twanttodowithout.

ShapeourAIstrategy

AIischangingthewaysoftwareisbuiltandrun.You'lldefinehowitdrivesdynamicpricing,demandforecasting,predictivemaintenance,customersupportandoperationaloptimisation,andhowthatshapesourproductorganisationgoingforward.

Leadwithrealownership

OurHeadofEngineeringreportsdirectlytoyou,andyou'llmakethebuild-versus-buycallsandreducethekey-persondependenciesthatkeepourtechnicalfoundationreadyforglobalscale.AsamemberoftheManagementTeam,thatsameownershipextendsbeyondproduct,toElockers'fullcommercialandinternationalgrowthstrategy.

Withinyourfirst6-12months,youwillhave:
