Job summary

Hotelprofessionals - De Plesman in The Hague is seeking a fulltime kitchen professional to prepare dishes for the restaurant and events. Applicants should have 1–3 years in a similar role, with preference for 4/5-star hotel experience. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a strong plus.

Living near The Hague is preferred. The position is fulltime with a 7-month contract with potential extension based on collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparing dishes for the restaurant and meetings & events.
• Performing preparatory tasks for all dishes.
• Contributing to the innovation of dishes and menus with proactive ideas.
• Assessing the quality and shelf life of ingredients and ensuring the quality of outgoing dishes.
• Receiving, inspecting, and storing ordered food supplies.
• Keeping the work area clean.

• You preferably live in the vicinity of The Hague
