Job summary

Start People is seeking a Food Production Worker for a cheese factory in the Netherlands. You will help keep the production process safe, efficient and running smoothly, performing hands-on tasks in a modern food manufacturing environment.

The role includes preparing blocks, operating equipment, maintaining safety, and collaborating with a team to meet targets. Dutch or English language skills are required, and a 3-shift schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift 15 kg regularly.
• Able to work in a 3-shift system.
• Team orientated and cooperative in a production setting.
• Able to communicate in Dutch or English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and place 15 kg cheese blocks for processing.
• Operate modern food production equipment.
• Remove cheese coatings using specialised machinery.
• Move products through the production process using an EPT.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets.
