Job summary

Bconnect Live Chat in the Netherlands is seeking a chat operator to engage visitors from home, answer questions, and help generate sales leads. You’ll work on chats for clients across industries and be paid with minimum wage while enjoying flexible hours from 08:00 to 23:30, plus training and ongoing development.

This role suits students who can commit to at least 12 hours weekly, with fast typing and strong accuracy. Belgium-speaking applicants may be asked to type Dutch and French as needed.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing college-level education
• Available to work at least 12 hours per week
• Typing test results: APM > 250, WPM > 50
• Attach typing test screenshot with application
• Available to chat for at least 1.5 years
• Some commercial experience in work or study
• Able to type quickly and accurately
• If from Belgium, fluent Dutch and French

What are your duties as a chat operator?

We work for a variety of clients, in different industries. Think automotive, brokerage, construction and more. In the chats you are not only actively answering questions, but you also contribute to our clients' sales process by generating valuable leads.

What are the requirements for a chat operator?

• You are a student and are pursuing an education at least at college level
• You are available at least 12 hours per week;
• You achieve at least the following results on the typing test: APM > 250, WPM > 50 and
• Take the typing test and attach a screenshot to your application.
• You are available to chat for us for at least 1.5 years;
• You have already gained some commercial experience (work and/or study);
• You must be able to type quickly and accurately;
• If you are from Belgium, we ask that you can type both fluent Dutch and French.
