Job summary

Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. in Schiphol-Rijk, NL, seeks a Chapter Lead (S/4HANA Functionals - FICO) to lead a multifunctional team across Finance & Controlling, Sales & Logistics, After Sales, and Technology.

You translate business needs into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions and foster professional growth within the chapter. The role requires deep SAP S/4HANA experience, strong FICO focus, and the ability to guide teams while delivering high-quality business solutions in a hybrid, international

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in IT, Business Information Management, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of SAP FI/CO experience (functional consulting).
Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and managing stakeholders.
Proven ability to write detailed functional specifications and business requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide functional leadership for SAP FI/CO and act as SME while balancing strategy and delivery.
Lead requirements and solution design through stakeholder workshops and functional specs.
Drive end-to-end finance process improvements and promote SAP best practices.
Develop and coach analysts; grow S/4HANA knowledge across Yamaha Europe.
Manage relationships with business stakeholders, product owners, train leads, and IT teams.
Establish standards, templates, and practices for the chapter and its members.
