EXO ARNVIND is seeking a Chapter Lead for LLM and Agentic AI in Amsterdam. You will steer technical and strategic AI initiatives, leading engineers and researchers to deliver scalable LLM and agentic solutions with real business impact.

Ideal candidate has a strong AI leadership track record, deep expertise in LLMs, NLP, and responsible AI practices, and a hands-on approach to design, development, and deployment within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
• Proven leadership as Chapter Lead/Team Lead with high-performing AI teams.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, generative AI, NLP, and agentic AI systems.
• Hands-on ML, information retrieval and language processing capabilities.
• Proficiency in AI project management, Agile methodologies and capacity planning.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Bring

• A Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience as a Chapter Lead, Team Lead, AI Lead, or similar role, with a track record of managing high‑performing AI teams.
• Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and agentic AI systems.
• Strong background in machine learning, information retrieval, and language processing, with hands‑on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.
• Proficiency in AI project management, Agile methodologies, and capacity planning to drive efficient and effective team performance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• A passion for innovation and a drive to solve challenging problems in AI, with a focus on delivering measurable impact.
