Qualifications

• Doctorate in finance or economics
• Strong research track record with publications and citations
• Leadership experience in research/programmes
• Multidisciplinary collaboration across disciplines
• Ability to secure external research funding
• Fluency in English; Dutch knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform and direct research in Banking and Finance
• Supervise PhD students and post-Docs
• Teach in Bachelor/Master programs and executive education
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary research/teaching
• Contribute to external fundraising and financial sustainability
