Job summary

Solenis seeks a Regional Projects Manager – Central Europe to lead a portfolio of CAPEX projects across Netherlands, Germany, and neighboring sites. You will manage a team of Project Managers, coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement to translate business priorities into safely executed, high-impact investments.

The role requires a degree in engineering, extensive CAPEX experience in regulated settings, and strong leadership across Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience managing CAPEX projects in manufacturing/regulated environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex engineering projects and capital investments.
• Experience leading project teams and coaching Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of CAPEX projects across multiple Central European sites.
• Develop and lead project teams of Project Managers and contractors.
• Drive project execution, governance, budgeting, and risk management across sites.
• Support business cases and investment proposals; align priorities with stakeholders across Europe.
• Influence senior stakeholders in a complex matrix organization; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
