We believe that money can change the world for the better. In fact, our organisation was founded on this belief. Our mission is to create a society that protects and promotes the quality of life of all its members with human dignity at its core.

Turning data governance into action. Safeguarding data quality, compliance, and trust. You make it possible.

At our organization, we strive for transparency, reliability, and compliance in all our data processes. As a Central Data Steward (36-40 hours per week) you will be pivotal in establishing and maintaining robust data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure our data remains a trusted asset.

You will address questions such as, “How can we ensure data is consistent and reliable across the organization?” and “What frameworks and controls are needed to comply with regulatory requirements and support informed decision-making?”, but also “How do we define a structured approach to further embed Data Governance”.

We offer you a dynamic environment where your expertise and leadership in data governance, data quality, compliance, and stewardship will help shape our data-driven future.

How You Will Make a Difference

Take action

  • Develop, implement, and maintain data governance policies, standards, and best practices
  • Serve as the bridge between business and technical stakeholders to define and drive accountability around data ownership
  • Oversee and enhance data quality, integrity, and security across the organization
  • Drive initiatives to classify, catalogue, and document critical data assets
  • Facilitate data governance councils and working groups to drive adoption and awareness
  • Lead the maturation of the Data Governance team further
  • Drive data literacy initiatives to ensure stakeholders understand and effectively use data in their roles
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, BCBS 239)
  • Support the organization in resolving data-related issues, risks, and incidents
