About The Role
Morgan is strengthening its global indirect procurement capability and is seeking an experienced Global Category Manager – Indirect Materials & Services to shape and deliver category strategies at scale.
This role will lead global and multi‑regional sourcing initiatives, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and drive sustainable value through strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management (SRM), and demand interventions. You will play a key role in improving total cost of ownership (TCO), managing risk, and embedding best‑practice category management across the group.
Reporting to: Head of Indirect Procurement (interim reporting to Procurement Project Lead)
Team: 0–3 direct reports; leadership influence across 10–50 indirect stakeholders
Spend responsibility: £40–£80m (indirect)
