Job summary

Shell is offering a Category Management Intern role in Rotterdam. The internship provides exposure to purchasing, operations, marketing implementation and strategic projects within the Foodservice Benelux & France team.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, with strong analytical skills, good Excel abilities, and an interest in data-driven business performance. 32–40 hours/week, 6–12 months, with remote/mobile working options and a competitive starting salary.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in listed fields.
• Final-year Bachelor students will be considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data.
• Good Excel skills and interest in business performance analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional Foodservice projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate project activities and track milestones/KPIs.
• Analyze sales, margins, pricing and product performance data.
• Support with supplier information management and documentation.
• Develop reporting and data insights for stakeholders.
