Job summary

Repolyze is seeking a process engineer to help scale its Catalytic Ball Milling (CBM) technology from lab to pilot and eventual commercial plant. You will work in a small multidisciplinary team, performing desk research and moving toward design decisions for a ton-scale pilot.

You will collaborate with universities, research institutes, and industry partners to shape the process design and integration with downstream steps.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Strong background or interest in petrochemicals or polymer technology.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with business sense and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Translate lab/kg-scale results into process and equipment design.
• Map CBM to existing separation, purification, and polymerisation steps.
• Define specs for pilot ball mill and support scale-up to ton-scale.
• Evaluate methods to produce and regenerate catalytic grinding spheres.
• Analyze feedstock supply and techno-economic/environmental case connections.
