Job summary

Repolyze is developing a new industrial route to recycled feedstock for polyolefins using catalytic ball milling. You will join a multidisciplinary team translating research into a ton-scale pilot, starting with desk research and moving toward pilot installation.

The role focuses on mechano-catalytic depolymerisation, catalyst performance, and scaling, with collaboration among universities, research institutes, and industrial partners across Europe.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Background in inorganic and heterogeneous catalysis strongly preferred.
• Ability to work across disciplines and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Deepen understanding of mechano-catalytic depolymerisation and how variables affect yield and energy use.
• Translate results into a R&D programme for ton-scale pilot.
• Map waste streams and catalyst regeneration strategies with partners.
• Support product and process chemistry for downstream integration.
