Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide professional, efficient service.
• Ensure accurate cash reconciliation and daily transaction records.
• Handle customer requests and complaints and follow up on resolutions.
• Coordinate with branches, warehouse, accounting, logistics and service teams.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, returns and service requests.
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
• Accept and process customer payments, ensuring receipts are issued for every transaction.
• Process refunds, exchanges, and returns per company procedures.
• Handle credit facilities and related customer transactions with proper documentation.
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure schedule adherence.
• Follow up on client service status.
• Monitor monthly branch supply requirements and place orders as needed.
• Support colleagues across branches or departments as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.
