Job summary

Henkel in Amsterdam offers a full-time internship with the Global Capital Project Management (GCPM) team. You will support project planning, update procedures, and digitalize PM reports while ensuring SharePoint functionality.

The internship provides exposure to international FMCG operations, with proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, MS Project, and Power BI encouraged. A 6-month program with a monthly stipend is offered, with remote work up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Project Management or Construction Management related study.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SharePoint.
• Experience with MS Project & Power BI (preferred).
• Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Capital Project Management (GCPM) team in projects and initiatives.
• Maintain up to date project management procedures, guidelines, and tools.
• Digitalization of project management tools and reports.
• Functionality of GCPM SharePoint.
• Engage CPM community to capture feedback.
• Facilitate GCPM webinars and e-Learnings.
