Qualifications

• Currently completing or recently completed a degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, operations management or related field.
• Ability to structure incomplete, scattered or ambiguous information.
• Ability to explain complex subjects in simple, precise language.
• Comfortable asking questions, listening carefully and following up to understand how something works.
• You can distinguish between intended processes and practical reality.
• You are interested in cloud infrastructure and cross-functional project management.
• You pay attention to detail without losing the bigger picture.

Responsibilities

• Learn how Capacity Management operates and interfaces with other teams.
• Interview team members and stakeholders to collect and validate information.
• Map main areas of responsibility, workflows, dependencies and interfaces.
• Design a clear information architecture for Nebius' Confluence space.
• Create a practical home page to help audiences find information quickly.
• Develop onboarding materials for new team members and partners.
• Document key processes, ownership, terminology and decision paths.
• Collect user feedback and improve content based on practice.
