Job summary

The Wlgroup is seeking an experienced programme manager to support a NATO-aligned electromagnetic operations initiative in Norfolk, Virginia. This long-term engagement includes governance, requirements, doctrine development, and validation within a multinational defence environment.

You will coordinate with agencies and nations, capture and trace requirements, contribute to doctrinal policy development, and facilitate workshops.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent military college qualification in engineering, information systems, computer science or project management.
• At least three of the last ten years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Five years of operational knowledge of electromagnetic operations or warfare at tactical or joint level.
• At least two of the last ten years in programme or project management in a complex environment.
• At least two of the last ten years in a multinational defence organisation.
• Fluent professional English.

A multinational defence organisation is rebuilding its electromagnetic operations and warfare capability. This role supports the programme that delivers it, from requirements through to doctrine and validation.
