HCLTech and Amsterdam-based team seek a Business Process Analyst to drive BPM initiatives across departments. You will gather requirements, document processes, map workflows, and support decision modeling using Camunda 8 to improve operational efficiency.

The role requires Agile/Scrum experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams while ensuring high-quality process documentation and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in business process management and BPM lifecycle.
• Proficient requirements gathering and documentation.
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN and Camunda 8 is beneficial.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in BPM, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
