Danone Netherlands is seeking a Campus Recruitment Intern to gain HR experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. You will join a 5-person Campus Recruitment and Employer Branding team and focus on recruiting and engaging interns with ownership and responsibility.

The internship starts January/February 2027 for 6–8 months, 4–5 days per week, with offices in Hoofddorp, Utrecht and Rijswijk; fluent English and Dutch required; BSN and Dutch residency; hybrid work with travel between

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number.
• Available to start January/February 2027 for 6-8 months, 4 or 5 days per week.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
• Able to work from Hoofddorp, Utrecht and Rijswijk offices at least 2 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Manage intern recruitment processes from intake to hire.
• Be the main contact for newly hired interns, providing onboarding support.
• Co-own the Intern Engagement Calendar and organise activities.
• Promote Danone at universities and attend events.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, e.g., content creation and videos.
